Recently on March 1, 2025, I ran a mountain half marathon. It took us 5 hours, without ever resting and drinking only electronic solutions, which turns out to be the best decision.

I usually train six out of seven days a week, traveling 40 km in 2,5 hour, it is very intense, but I am healthy and alive, other times I travel 55 km in 3.5 hours... but I started running in the gym, so so my heart runs fast with about 160 beats per minute. I love and enjoy the mountains and the sea, I feel happy in these places, I frequently go on mountain hikes, I live in a country in South America - as you know it Venezuela, its climate is wonderful, it is 100% tropical, there is not snow, (NEVER) there is only snow in the Andes Mountains at about 5000 meters above sea level in Venezuela.
Here you will never feel cold and the temperatures range between 26 and 36 degrees Celsius all year around, your only problem is the political rulers, who are very corrupt and liars. (like everywhere). but We survive them.
In moments of disagreement, I prefer to resolve our differences, without shouting, without psychological insults (not bad words please), without physical attacks (well, maybe I will let out some rudeness, but it won't go any further) and we will find the solution for us.

Here (Venezuela) is a beautiful tropical country, there are thousands of fruits available all year round so you won't get bored of eating the same things all the time, here in Venezuela (South America) we will have an eternal summer, with a little or a lot of political chaos, but you will live happily, you will be able to feel 100% loved by the Venezuelan people as if you were born in this place. Venezuelans are very kind to international visitors and as you are a beautiful Ukrainian woman, I don't have the words right now to explain that properly.
