I am a single professional man. I am looking for certain specific characteristics in my future mate, including: an attractive, caring, loyal, and honest woman, that is interested in an exclusive loving relationship leading to marriage and relocating to the US to live with me in my home in the tropical paradise known as southwest Florida. If your search for a mate might include relocating to the US, please write to me and explain your family background, current situation, and your thoughts about relocation.

I am not interested in an endless exchange of letters without advancing towards a personal meeting. When we first meet, we can determine whether we have a connection at the heart. Ideally, I would like to find someone sufficiently interested, capable, ambitious, and brave enough to navigate the necessary temporary visa documentation requirements to come visit with me in the US. I am very serious about finding a mate. I would pick you up directly when you land at the airport and provide for your safety, meals, travel, and entertainment while in my care. I could also introduce you to the southwest Florida lifestyle. This approach makes sense to me because if we agree to meet and decide to pursue a long-term relationship, we would live here.

I am highly educated, intelligent, confident, and accomplished in my professional career. I am a licensed attorney and a licensed accountant. I still practice law, but on a very limited basis. I was successful in business and retired early at age 58. But please don’t let my success and wealth distract you. I have a big heart and sincerely looking for my mate. I now live a very comfortable lifestyle in a private gated community. It truly feels like paradise here, as it is tropical, very beautiful, warm, and comfortable all year. I have three adult children that live independently. I live alone, except for Bailey (Bailey is a chocolate lab dog - see photos). We live in a large beautiful home in a private gated community with private swimming pool and spa located in Fort Myers, Florida. Fort Myers is a waterfront community where the US mainland meets the Gulf of America in southwest Florida. The sunsets are picturesque most evenings. I am not a trust fund brat. My family was very poor when I was a boy. I worked very hard for many years to be independent and enjoy this lifestyle. I am living my dreams, except for a mate. My time is free to enjoy recreation and relaxation. I like going to the beach, tennis, live music festivals, traveling, among many other things.

I have been divorced for many years. Following my divorce, I found a wonderful girl named Kelley. We bonded very quickly, I proposed marriage, and she accepted. We enjoyed a very unique and loving relationship for two and a half years. Unfortunately, she passed away suddenly of a blood clot while I was away on business before we could plan the wedding. Thereafter, I’ve dated but not yet found my forever mate and have been unwilling to compromise. So, I continue to look for my special lady for a loving and committed relationship. That’s been 12 years ago. I feel like I’ve wasted so much time.

My focus has recently changed. I feel a greater sense of urgency to find my mate. Please allow me to explain. My best friend of more than 40 years died suddenly and unexpectedly. His name was John. We were about the same age and as close as brothers. John was the nicest and most sincere and genuine person I’ve ever known. John was one of those rare people that strangers like as soon as they meet him. Like me, John was divorced for many years. Thereafter, John was in a relationship with a wonderful girl named Kathy for more than 15 years prior to his death. Although they enjoyed an exclusive and loving relationship, they never married or lived together. I’ve had conversations with Kathy after John’s death. She is plagued with both grief and regret for not advancing their relationship before she lost him. I feel sorrow and loss for both John and Kathy. I don’t want to make the same mistake. On John’s last visit to me in Florida, he encouraged me to find a partner. I agreed but haven’t found anyone locally. So, I’m on an accelerated pace and ready to act.

I’m very serious about a finding my mate for a long-term committed relationship, a bit impatient, and ready to act now. ADVANCE WARNING: if you are anything less than totally serious about a committed loving relationship and prepared to move forward to a personal meeting, I’m probably not your guy. My ideal mate would be a kind, calm, loving, intelligent, mature, and beautiful woman. Of course, if answered honestly, most red-blooded American males would be attracted to a young blue-eyed blonde woman with a bright smile and a good attitude. However, a compatible and loving personal bond is much more important to me than physical appearance. More specifically, I am not looking for a glossy 25-year-old supermodel. I am a down-to-earth guy. While I am attracted to natural beauty, I’m not attracted by glamour and fake or inflated body parts. My ideal mate is trust worthy and sincerely looking for her mate and devoted loving relationship. I am settled and very comfortable here in the USA. I am ready for a new adventure and want to share the beautiful and comfortable life I have built here with her. My ideal mate will be happy and content to relocate to the US and live together with me here in southwest Florida. For our best opportunity for compatibility, she would be in her mid 30’s to mid 50’s.
