I believe that life comes to us as we are available to receive it, we can spin our wheels thinking we know what we want and trying to make it happen in the outer world. What we carry in our unconscious generally has more influence on what we attract into our lives.

I have an artistic temperament (not to mean totally moody or prone to insane behavior). I love the arts and sciences, and have a solid spiritual practice base on Tibetan Meditation. I also teach meditation, and have found it to be an amazingly powerful tool in life.

I love to paint and sculpt, and writing is also a very important to me. I believe that life gives us more opportunities to connect and experience the wonder than anything we could imagine.


I have far too many unread books, but when a topic interests me I consume it like a wonderfully delicious meal.

I have been in computer programming for over 20 years now, and as my mediation practice continues, I am finding that a deeper part of me is moving into the possibility of that being my focus professionally. I also do some healing energy work. So this path that leads into healing seems at once natural and also a little off of the beaten path for me. It is exhilarating.

I have an affinity for animals, not just my dog, who is a terrier mix and a wonderful companion, but also for those in the wild. When I see someone walking a dog it is not unusual for me to stop and introduce myself.

Who is my perfect date…Is there such a thing? The beauty of dating to me is in the discovery of what is beneath the surface. But I’ll try…someone who has spent some time exploring themselves, whether it has been through a spiritual practice or therapy. I don’t want to be anyone’s savior or therapist. I much prefer partnerships, but know that I will be there when things get tough. I have great compassion and understanding, and sometimes just a bit too much Virgo logic!

If you have an appreciation for the arts, that would be a plus. Although my career path has taken me into the digital world, my passion has led me into theater, film, photography, painting and sculpting; so not only an appreciation for the arts, also an appreciation for the artistic process…and of course and appreciation of the artist.

I would prefer a woman who understands and appreciates the deeper aspect of our existence. As a spiritual explorer, I have discovered far too much to return to the unconscious way of being. That doesn't mean I am always serious...I love to have fun and enjoy life.

But above all, honesty, loyalty, compassion, loving-kindness, and someone who is on the path toward an ever enlightened existence.
